Lucy & Chris: Custom Guest Room Boxes

One week ago today, family and friends from Arkansas, Texas, Missouri and beyond made their way to Fayetteville, Arkansas for Lucy McCulloch and Chris Semple's wedding celebration! And a celebration it certainly was!!! Events, luncheons, BBQ's, golfing, brunch, dinners and more took place throughout the thoughtfully planned weekend, making the celebration stretch for days and giving the guests a memorable weekend!

Guests stayed in rooms at Inn at Carnall Hall, The Inn at the Mill and other great local hotels; and they were greeted by these adorable boxes filled with goodies for their stay and a few uniquely wonderful take-home treats!

The brown kraft boxes donned over-sized 5 1/2 inch square custom stickers on the front center! This sticker was an updated design of Chris and Lucy's Save the Date that they mailed in the fall. See the details of their darling Save the Date here. The wording was changed to welcome guests to Fayetteville, Arkansas for the wedding weekend. And the colors were revised to reflect the wedding's color scheme that the guests would see in the lush florals and linens.

The boxes held a pair of water bottles with custom imprinted labels, chewing gum, plus a few healthy snacks - and a couple of not-so-healthy-but-fun munchies as well! There was also a hand-made bar of Champagne-scented soap made by the groom's mother, Anne Semple, that was presented in custom packaging designed just for the wedding occasion!
And finally (I saved my favorite item for last!)...in addition to a flier from the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, the guests received a custom designed Wedding Weekend Guide full of phone numbers, the weekend schedule, festivities, directions, places to eat and things to do all around the Fayetteville area! A 10-page guide (just the right size for your purse or back pocket) was assembled with a rustic pewter brad, allowing guests to spin it open and easily read the information inside! Thoughtfulness to the moon, right?! What a lovely gesture for these out-of-staters! And it's even cute to boot!
